Goodluck India Unveils New Facility for Large Diameter Cold Drawn Welded Tubes and Precision Tubes

Our New State of the art larger Diameter Cold drawn welded (CDW ) & ERW Precision tubes manufacturing facility has been inaugurated on 15th September at Ghaziabad, India.

This cutting-edge plant marks a new era for the production of large-diameter Cold Drawn Welded (CDW) and Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) precision steel tubes, further cementing the company’s position as an industry leader in innovation and capability.

The facility will add an additional 50,000 metric tons (MT) per annum to the company’s existing precision tube production, raising the total to 166,000 MT. With an overall annual production capacity now at 462,000 MT,

Existing size ranges and New size ranges are :-

ERW Precision Tubes – Existing size is 127 mm OD with 9.5mm thickness and New size ranges will be 220 OD with 15mm thickness.

CDW Tubes – Existing size is 120 mm OD with 9.5mm thickness and New Size ranges will be 203 OD with 14mm thickness.

ERW Sections – Equivalent size in hollow section will be of 200mm X 200mm X 15mm.

With this expansion Goodluck will be having the largest size range in ERW and CDW Precision Tube segment . Mill will be equipped with Online Eddy Current testing, UT testing and HKS Weld Scanner along with Offline Magnetic resonance tester. Currently we are supplying to many Global and Domestic Automobile industries, Construction and Farm Equipment Manufacturers .

Salient Feature of our new Infrastructure is as under :-

  • The Mills will be having Online Eddy Current testing , Online UT testing facility and Online HKS Weld Scanner and Offline Magnetic Resonance tester.
  • Globally very few manufacturers are having this testing combinations.
  • We are Procuring almost 20 grades of steel and processing accordingly.
